Good but not as big as it says, 2010-04-04 First of all, I have to say that this record case is fantastic. Simple, well-sized and sturdy. It's lockable with a key aswell, a feature that pleasantly surprised me. However, according to the title, it holds 50 12" LPs. This is not the case. Even when I just stocked it with my thinner records, it only held about 35-40. Unless you want to smash all your records, don't try and fit 50 in this case.

This compact box allows easy connection of up to three input sources for both video and stereo audio to one input source such as a TV or video/DVD-R. Each input is individually switchable via the slide selector switch located on the top panel.
does the job, 2010-07-18 Bought this product as my son uses it for his audio switcher between his xbox 360, freesat, and dvd player, does the job audio wise, cant comment on the video aspect as only use it to switch audio between devices.

Quiet in operation but clunks a little on switchover, 2010-09-04 This is a passive stereo switching device. It has three stereo pairs of RCA/Phono inputs, and one RCA/Phono output. You would use it for connecting, say, a CD, a BluRay player and a Satellite receiver to an amplifier that has too few inputs for this.
The three switches on the front are the push type, which spring back out when another button is pushed in. This is a passive electronic device, which should therefore introduce no additional noise or harmonic distortion into your system. It also requires no power cabling, for the same reason. It is fairly light in the hand, but solid on its four pads, and is discreet enough in its design not to draw too much attention to itself.
In operation this is beyond whisper-quiet -- it is absolutely noiseless, even with recording studio Genelec 1031A monitors turned right up -- something which would be quite deafening with a signal coming through. However, pressing the switches produces an audible 'clunk' as they change over, similar to the clunk you got on older hifi units before the days of transistor switching. To a large extent, this is an inevitable consequence of a fully passive design: the alternative, an active electronic solution, would require power and would most probably introduce some noise into the signal chain.
The other downside is that, as with all passive switching devices, the contacts will eventually become dirty, making the switching more crackly. Cleaning is not difficult -- you just need to unscrew the bottom and use some Contact Cleaner. Unless you're switching a lot from one device to another, it will be several years before you need to do this.
For pristine audio quality on a budget I highly recommend this unit. To achieve the same quality using an active design (ie, with a power supply) would put you in the realm of professional audio, such as a Radio Design Labs EZ-SX4, at about 14x the price. A budget active unit would add crackle or hiss to your system. You may, however, want to turn down your amplifier before switching, if your system is fragile and highly powered.

- Power bank for simultaneous connection of up to 10 effects pedals. 2.1mm DC sockets with negative centre polarity
- Housed in a robust ABS plastic case
- On/Off power switch with integral LED
- Supplied with ten 280mm DC-DC power leads
- Mains adaptor supplied
Power supply for FX board, 2010-05-21 This power supply does exactly what it says on the tin, it supplies 240volt AC current to upto 10 pedals. I run six off it with no hum or interference at all. My only critisism is that it is a bit delicate and not too rugged. But handle it with care and it should give it's moneys worth. A bargain at the price, definitely.

Great Purchase, 2010-03-18 I purchased this item a few weeks back due to lack of sockets in my University halls, as a student, money is always tight, and electronics are always plentiful. So this product gave me the perfect solution to both these problems.
10 Sockets for that price, bargain in my eyes. Worked without problem, 2M extension was enough to satisfy my needs, and has worked perfectly since day one.
Recommended by for anybody needing lots of spare sockets.
