I've asked my girlfriend for two years to get me a cheap, small, robust MP3 player for the gym. And every time I get a £100+ super MP4 playing, breakfast cooking monster that ends up squashed within 3-6 months... That has been the case until now: the little Sansa is a gem: really tiny with a clip to stick onto my clothing behind my back so there's never any wires getting in the way or danger of catching it with a bar. With way more functionality than I will ever need for the purpose AND ALL FOR £20 (if you search the Amazon). There's also plenty of skins (including a sports variety) available for it to make it truely indestructable.
One thing only: if you (like me) like to have your Chrystal Method on full blast in the gym, choose NORTH AMERICA as your location in the innitial settings: the EUROPE setting will limit the volume of your device and you'll be sorely disapointed. ENJOY!

I decided to buy the largest capacity for this memory stick as I have just recently got married and have stacks and stacks of wedding photos saved on my computer which people keep demanding to see. Trying to fit a huge >8GB folder onto a small memory stick is no mean feat and instead I was finding I was having to select onto certain photos when taking them e.g. to show my mother-in-law who was not happy that she couldn't see the whole lot and have them all transferred onto her system.

SDHC worked fine with A640 Canon, 2010-02-04
Wanted a new SD card for my Canon A640, but didn't want to pay the earth. This looked like a good buy, so decided to try it. Works just fine. Formats to about 7.3gb, but takes photos and video no problem.

This double pack of SD cards is a fantastic idea. They are dead cheap to buy together like this and come in really handy as it means you always have a spare one in case one gets lost, you take too many photos and run out of space or have 2 cameras and want a memory card for each. I've put it quite successfully to the latter 2 uses as, for example, when we went on holiday my husband and I both brought cameras so we used one card each. Then when I ran out of space (as I tend to take the most photos) my husband then gave me his card as spare capacity.
The speed of the cards is perfect - both flicking through the images and transferring them onto a PC is quick and easy and the capacity is high enough to hold 1000+ photos on my camera. More than enough to get some great shots.
