This camera is really easy to use. It has the "switch" that means everything is automatically put into focus and the picture is perfect. The camera was for my partner, a camcorder novice and she took to it straight away. She found that with long views your hand shake is exagerated and that a small tripod is beneficial or you need to be able to stand the camera on a steady surface. The camera is light and compact and can be easily carried in a pocket or handbag.

I bought this on a recommendation from a friend and have since recommended it to other friends.

The quality - for such a small device - is remarkable. Best of all, my seven-year-olds can use it which is great fun. I could probably have bought the cheaper 2GB model as I rarely take a lot of footage before downloading it. Downloading could not be easier.

Looking through the range of models on offer was confusing - too much choice! I chose this over the Mino because I read that picture quality was better on this slightly larger model. Of course it's never going to be as good as that of a 'proper' digital camera but then you can't carry a big camera around in your handbag ready for anything - which is what I love about the Flip.

Easy to set up for wireless, have it working on Apple machines running Leopard and Snow Leopard. Superb photo printing on Canon paper. Scans look good too although not as good as some dedicated scanners. Standard printing is fast, once the printer gets going and the quality is excellent. Would recommend this product.

Ordered my second memory card on Feb 10th 10:00 am, delivered to my home 9:00am next day ! fantastic service.

I needed a couple of extra mem cards for a forthcoming holiday so I just ordered one card a couple of weeks ago just to make sure it functioned ok. I received the card, tried it in my Panasonic HDC TM10 camcorder. No problems encountered during filming, editing, copying so I proceeded to order the second card.

Great value when compared with buying a genuine Pansonic card at twice the price and excellent service from Amazon.
I recommend paying the little bit extra for a class 6 or above mem card to avoid possible transfer of data problems.

A superb camera at the price and more than adequate for a 'point-and-shoot'amateur like myself. Perhaps one day I'll get round to playing with all those additional features but for now it can do the work. Its automatic brain seems to be functioning far better than mine. A big advance over my old FinePix F10 - and that wasn't bad. Useful zoom. Highly recommended for simpletons like me.

You will want to be clear on one big attribute to this product - The Seller - Heiko Somorowsky of Soteluk. For those of us in the UK, I initially had a great problem with English/German post on this order. However, and it was to be a fantastic positive for Soteluk, Heiko went to extraordinary lengths over the Christmas period to get a pen to me.

So the pen was a fiver, but with Customer services like I experienced here, was worth ten times that.
