the coupler is a good way to extend HDMI cable - surprisingly, 2 short HDMI cables are usually cheaper than one longer cable... Some traders charge up to 10x the price for the items - so this one is best! Video quality is good at 2.5 meters - did not test with longer cable

Great product these are generally not supplied when you buy a Camcorder - Bought this one and it arrived next day even with all the snow ! Plugged it in and my Vista system recognised my Sony camera straight away and it was a breeze ! Only problem now is that I have filled my hard drive with video !

I have some firewire 400 devices I want to use on an iMac which has only firewire 800. This adapter does the job perfectly and costs less than half the price of the converting cable I was offered at the Apple store.
