- 100m range via wireless 2.4GHz frequency transmission
- Channel selector for individual control of multiple cameras
- Shutter release button with autofocus, single & continuous shooting, bulb mode & self-timer
- Can also be used as a cable shutter release
- Timed sequence fully programmable including self timer, delay, interval timer, exposure count & expo
Does everything, 2010-03-17 There are plenty of wireless remotes on the market, but this one does it all.
I went for a wireless remote as it gives me complete freedom from being anywhere near my camera which means it's great for self portraits or if you're setting stuff up etc.
So why choose the Giga T Pro? well it does everything, from single shots (complete with half-press for autofocus) to burst shooting. The remote's about the size of a USB drive and is fully programmable for delays, shot bursts, those long exposures in bulb mode, shooting mode and you can even set up time delays if you want a sunrise or flower opening series.
I've not had it long but this is really helping me out with all sorts but mainly with night photography, no camera shake when pressing the shutter and I don't have to set a delay to avoid that shake either. It's great to have the control without being tied to the camera.
It's also good to know I've the functionality when I need it, I'm not going to wish I'd bought something better in 6 months.
All in all, well worth the investment.

- Neoprene Digital SLR Camera or Camcorder Neck Strap
- Stylishly designed
- Comfortable and tough
- Adjustable strap length - max length: 125.2cm x 4.3cm
Superb video camera strap, 2009-10-30 I was searching on Amazon and others website for good quality neck strap for my Canon HV30 for a weeks. First strap which i bought from Amazon, was shoulder strap Canon SS200N. It cost me 21.99£ and it looked and feel very cheap so i returned it back next day. This is a second strap i've ordered from Amazon and i am very pleased with quality of product. Neoprene part for a neck is making huge different. I've tried even fool loaded
with Rode mic and video light set up on videocamera. You won't feel any weight to carry your videocamera with this strap. And one more important point. There is no quick released with this strap. So you are not going to open release by accident and damage your camera on the ground. But what really amazed me is the price. Is unbeatable compare with another "PRO" brands.

Canon RS-80N3 Remote Switch, 2010-01-20 As expected from a genuine Canon accessory, this switch is an essential tool when using a tripod and to avoid camera shake. Unlike cheap copies, it allows full use of the camera functions, to ensure shake free and pin sharp images. Again, unlike the copies, it has a lockable plug that connects to the camera preventing accidental disconnection.
After searching the internet once again it was Amazon who came up with the most competitive price. I am well pleased with this purchase

Really Happy, 2010-07-08 Even though this isn't a Canon, it fits on my 1000d really well. I broke mine so I got this one. I keep taking them on and off because I use a Angle Finder alot. But I'm that pleased with this I want to get another for a spare.

Handy to have, great wired shutter control., 2010-07-13 I have had this Controller for awhile now and finding out more about it.
I have a Canon 500D.
This can be used as single press, or continuous shooting (via settings within the menus), or as I have found out that if you use manual settings (M) and put the shutter level down to "BULB" mode with single shot mode on, you can either keep your finger on the button or lock the switch to lock on... the shutters on the lens remain open for as long you require. If you face your camera facing the sky at night in a area without loads of street lighting you can obtain some great photos of star filled skies.

Doesn't quite go the distance **Amended **, 2010-02-26 Since writing the review below I contacted Hahnel direct about the lack of distance. They were extremely helpful and stood by their product. They sent me a receiver to try out. I was very pleased to say it done the trick. Now seems to work at considerably further distances.
"The unit is small and rather cheap looking although I don't have a problem with that except the range of the remote is no where near as far as described. I tried this in the garden with un-obscured line of sight. Anything over twenty paces and the unit failed to go off. In doors and matters get worse. Wireless should work through walls except this unit doesn't.
I suspect it is down to the power of the transmitter not being adequate. A shame really as it's okay if you're next to or close to the camera but if you want to capture images of birds/wildlife from a hide from more than 20 metres then this fails, which was the reason for buying it."

SIGMA
SO VERSATILE, 2010-04-08 When i bought this i was disappointed, reason being was the weight, all the pictures i was taking were blurred, I could not keep the camera steady.
After putting the camera on a tripod, i was getting better results, but for hand holding the camera i was using my other lenses.
One day i took the Sigma 150mm lens, because i needed a fast lens, since that day i got used to it and it actually does not feel heavy any more, (maybe i was just used to the lighter lenses before)
I now use this lens all the time, it's so versatile, i use it for bird photography to macro photography for small insects.
Well recommended.

Logitech
best presenter ever had..., 2009-11-14 If you attend a lot of conferences, you notice 2 types - one type, where you have a to use the keyboard and the other type of conference where you get a fancy little device. However, most of them are rather poor. I've seen some integrated in the normal (wireless) mouse on the bottom, but people then start pushing the bottoms at the top - fail. Some others are so fidely, you cannot push the buttons without pushing other buttons the same time - fail.
The logitech presenter here, is really good and comes with a timing device and Laserpointer as well. I definitely would recommend it.

- This remote switch enables you to control your camera from distance, and take still and nice picture
- Compatiable Models: Sony A100 A200 A300 A350 A700,A900
- Minolta Dynax 7D 5D, Minolta Dynax 9, 7,5, 4, 3, Minolta Dynax 807si, 800si, 700si, 600si, 505si
- This is 3 meters cable length.
Cable release for Sony A350, 2010-07-07 I can fully endorse the positive comments of others who have reviewed this item. It is a tremendous piece of kit that really "does do what it says on the tin". It is a fraction of the cost of the Sony branded item and is long enough to be practical for those "off camera" potrait shots that allow you to stand away from the camera to study the subject and wait for that right moment to release the shutter.
