Product Description
On most lenses,that manufacturers provides a focusing mechanism that extends only a few millimetres, partly to keep down cost and also to restrict the lens to extensions for which its optics are optimised. To provide additional extension,you can add one or more extension tubes between the camera and the lens, to make the lens focus at closer distances and it can produce higher magnification. When using the extension ring with a Canon body, the camera should be set in the M mode.The macro extension tubes is fit for the Canon EOS cameras including 1D,1Ds,5D,10D, 20D,30D,40D,300D, 350D,400D, 450D, or any canon SLR Use this set,it will not downgrade the optical quality of your lens. Sharpness and Saturation can be still maintained. But they are not meter-coupled. They do not preserve the automatic diaphragm. It should be used with manual lenses with their own aperture dial. There is no electronic connection between the body and the lens. Automatic lenses can be used with their widest open aperture only. Package Includes: One macro tube set.

This is a useful piece of kit for macro shooting but best used in conjunction with a telephoto lens for the best effects. Should use a tripod and remote control to prevent camera shake. Perfect for taking close up pictures of the stamin in flowers. It would have been useful to have some guidance notes with the lense explaining how to achieve the best effects.

Good piece of kit a lot stronger than they initially appear and do the job. Not auto tubes but if you know what you are doing that is not a problem. very good for the price.

Maybe not the finest piece of engineering in the world, but they do the job well and at a bargain price. The service from the supplier was prompt and faultless.

just recived my set of extension tubes, was a little doubtful as to whether they would be any good at this price but thought it would be worth a try, well what can i say, to be honest im amazed, they are exremly good for the price, they fitted on my EOS 1000D with no problem, they feel solid and reliable, ok you only get a shallow depth of field but it is macro so you kinda expect that, i found if you use F18 or F22 the results are quite pleasing, money well spent if you just want to try your hand at macro before splashing out on the more expensive lens.
