the ear piece is too big making it uncomfortable to wear, the microphone doesnt have a good pickup.....on increasing the sensitivity in sound control panel-> it causes the static to b amplified as well. Not a good design at all!

Soundwise this little microphone works well although the position that it hangs down in front of the mouth is a bit awkward. It need a better support. Whether I have big ears I do not know but it was difficult to attached behind the ear, the arm that goes behind the ear is not well designed. The plastic carrying clip that enfolds the body of the mic. is too flimsy as mine has disintegrated after about six weeks of use, very disappointing!

This earpiece is very good value for money the sound quality is excellent and when im talking to people online the say the sound quality is very good definatley a good buy.
